Personality guide
How are the Big Five and MBTI different?
The two frameworks describe people differently and present results in different forms.
Key idea
The Big Five represents five traits as continuous scores. It allows for degrees and preserves scores near the middle rather than forcing a category.
Use with care
Instead of treating one framework as the correct answer to the other, ask which question a tool can responsibly address. Neither result should become a fixed box for a person.
